For paying carriers

When you subscribe, you also sign the Master Subscription Agreement which includes a Data Processing Addendum, Order Form, Service Level Agreement, and Security Exhibit. Active customers can access these from inside the app at app.x3fleetsafety.com.

DOT data retention

X3 retains regulated DOT records per the federal regulations (49 CFR §§ 391.51, 382.401, 395.8, 396.3, IFTA Articles of Agreement). See the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy.
